Recently, the solar photovoltaic power generation system of Hefei Grand Theater has been accepted by provincial and municipal construction authorities, financial departments and experts. It generates 99,000 kWh per year and can reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 10 tons.
The Hefei Grand Theater Solar Photovoltaic Power Generation System is a demonstration project for photovoltaic building applications by the Ministry of Finance, Housing, and Urban-Rural Development in 2009. One of its main bodies is a “pave†solar photovoltaic panel on a bicycle shed, located on the northwest side of the Hefei Grand Theatre. An area of ​​more than 1,000 square meters. The total power generation in a year is about 99,000 KWh, equivalent to saving 39 tons of standard coal, reducing 10 tons of carbon dioxide emissions, reducing 0.9 tons of sulfur oxide emissions, reducing nitrogen oxide emissions by 0.44 tons, and reducing carbon dust emissions by 0.23 tons.
