In the PP-R pipe system, the connection between pipes and fittings is connected by hot melt sockets. 4. In the unskilled case, the insertion depth is determined at the insertion end of the pipe, and the hand insertion depth is strictly controlled so as to prevent the insertion of a deep seal pipe diameter from affecting the flow.

4 welding steps
1. Cut off the pipe and cut it with a pipe cutter to cut it off. After cutting, trim the edges of the cutting head.
2. Make a mark at the insertion depth of the pipe (equal to the insertion depth of the joint).
3. Heat the entire depth of embedment, including tubing and fittings, on the welding tool.
4. When the heating time is complete, push the tube into the joint smoothly and evenly to form a firm and perfect bond.
Installation Technology Considerations
◆ In winter, if the temperature is below 0°C, the pipe may be damaged if it is hit by an external force.
â—† When transporting or storing the product, avoid direct sunlight, place it for a long time, and keep away from heat sources.
â—† The coefficient of expansion of PP-R pipe is relatively large. Technical measures must be taken to prevent the thermal deformation of the pipe when it is applied in an open or buried pipe.
â—† When applying an open or non-buried tube, one branch or hanger (tube hanger) must be installed every 400mm.
â—† In the construction of the project, the relevant design and construction specifications shall be followed. The construction personnel shall go through technical training and hold certificates.
The pipes and fittings are completely fused, and they are perfectly matched and never leak.
When the temperature difference is large, measures must be taken to prevent expansion
A: Install the pipe in the shaft
When piping is installed in the shaft, the supervisor will cause thermal expansion and contraction vertically between the two floors. A fixing bracket (tube buckle seat) shall be installed near the two branch pipes of the main pipe. The distance between the brackets shall not exceed 400 mm. Use other methods to compensate. Such as: use the branch pipe for natural compensation.
B: Outer pipe network
1. The direction of pipe network change can be used to compensate for the amount of line expansion. Under special circumstances, the "U" type circuit pipe can be used to compensate for expansion. It is mainly used for piping of 50-110MM. When installing the anchorage position, pay attention to separate the pipe. As each part, the expansion force can be directed to the desired direction.
2, Ф 20-50MM pipeline, can use mechanical restraint to prevent expansion.
C: dark pipe
Pipes embedded in walls, floors, etc. are capable of preventing expansion and ensuring that pressure and tensile forces are absorbed without damaging the various decoration materials. If the pipeline has insulation material (to meet the standards), these insulation materials can allow more expansion, and the outside diameter of the pipeline should not exceed Ф25mm.
Note: When the operating temperature is lower than 5°C, the heating time should be extended by 50%.
