Heat treatment deformation control of large blanking template (2)

The heat-treated sheet is a blank part of the blanking template, and the deformation requirement of the heat treatment process refers to the distortion.

The properties of these materials DC53, D2, SLD, SKD11 after heat treatment are better than those of Cr12MoV. The tempering after heating and quenching at the same austenitizing temperature has a strong secondary hardening ability. The heat transfer transformation curve is shown in Fig. 1 and 2 and Figure 3.

4. Heat treatment process curve

See Figure 4. Heat treatment quenching curve, quenching and tempering process includes: heating quenching; low temperature tempering; ice cooling treatment; high temperature tempering. The mechanical processing after heat treatment quenching increases the stabilization treatment.
