2020 China's solar power generation capacity will reach 50 million kilowatts

Since most of the polysilicon required for the production of photovoltaic panels in China is imported from the European Union and the United States, the machines for manufacturing photovoltaic panels are also mainly purchased from Germany and France. Therefore, the industry chain between China and the EU has formed a mixed interest in the industry. The EU believes it can defeat Chinese opponents through double defeats. However, the double reverse will cause EU companies in the photovoltaic industry chain to lose their largest customers, and at the same time lose cheap Chinese PV modules. The investment and construction costs of EU power plant operators will certainly rise. Therefore, for the PV market in the EU in 2013, there is room for improvement. After the market consolidation, Europe is expected to restart.

As China's PV market supply and demand gradually balance, the average sales price of photovoltaic modules is expected to stabilize in the middle of 2013. As far as the polysilicon industry is concerned, globally, the production capacity is very large now, but it is now able to achieve a cost of less than US$ 20 per kg, and there are less than 10 in the world. At present, these core polysilicon plants are also cutting production, including some large Chinese factories. Polysilicon, which is currently sold on the market at a lower cost than cash, is basically an inventory. However, there will be a lag in the impact of production cuts and production cuts. After three months, there will be less and less inventory. It is estimated that in the second quarter of 2014, after the stocks have been digested, the overall market will see a clear improvement and prices will rebound.
