Butterfly Valves: These valves shall be lugs or international pipe standard IPS tubular connection port body and shall be manufactured in accordance with the American Society for Valve and Fitting Manufacturers Standards Association MSS-SP67; bore DN50 to DN300 rated working pressure 200 psi non-impact cold water , DN350 above is 150 psi. The body for thermal insulation has a 2-inch lengthened pipe made of cast iron or ductile iron. Disc material is aluminum bronze alloy with Buna-N seat and seal; or Buna-N coated disc with polymer-coated valve body. Stem should be 400 series stainless steel, the stem can not be exposed on the butterfly fasteners. Diameter DN65 to DN150 should be configured with 10 position throttle control handle; diameter DN200 butterfly valve above should be configured gear operating mechanism. The lug structure and grooved structure butterfly valve should be able to function as a shut-off valve and can be used at the end of the pipe at full pressure without the need for a downstream flange. Handle operated valves should be suitable for locking in the open or closed position.
