Among the more than 20 companies belonging to Guangdong Province, the top two are Guangzhou and Shenzhen, and the companies belonging to the two cities together account for about three-quarters of the entire list of Guangdong provinces. "Three come and one supplement" hinders development
"Because traditional 'three come and one supplement' enterprises are difficult to grow bigger and stronger, and it is not conducive to go public without their own brands." Dongguan securities industry insiders said that Dongguan enterprises are indeed not big enough now. Related to Dongguan's export-oriented economy, Dongguan's enterprises are mainly processing trade enterprises, and the majority of the enterprises are "three come and one supplement" enterprises, so there is no list of China's top 500 enterprises at this stage.
The person said that Dongguan enterprises should become bigger and stronger. First, Dongguan entrepreneurs must overcome the psychological problems of "the rich get better," and secondly, capital operations should focus more on using the capital market to expand the scale of enterprises. In terms of enterprise operation methods, it is necessary to accelerate the upgrading and transformation.
Zhou Guihua, deputy director of the Guangdong Provincial Securities Regulatory Bureau, pointed out at the 2009 Dongguan Small and Medium-sized Enterprise Listed Financing Forum that Dongguan ’s current listing financing situation and economy are very mismatched. In 2008, Dongguan ’s GDP ranked fourth in the province, but there were only 5 listed companies in the city. , Ranked 7th in the province, and the number of Dongguan enterprises listed on the SME board is zero, which shows that there is still a gap in capital financing between Dongguan and other cities in Guangdong Province, but this also shows that Dongguan ’s capital financing potential is large.
