1, the size of the limit.
Usually the space available for imported bearings is limited. In most cases, the shaft diameter (or the inner diameter of the bearing) is based on the design of the machine or other design restrictions. Therefore, the choice of the type and size of the imported bearing is determined based on the inner diameter of the imported bearing. As a result, the standard dimensions of the standard imported bearing are all based on the international standard bore size.
Standard size of imported bearings is numerous. It is best to use standard imported bearings in the design of mechanical devices. (This design is very easy to purchase.) Non-standard imported bearings are not in stock in mainland China, and sometimes futures will take a long time, so in the selection of imported bearings to consider the time cost and the cost of later replacement) the load of the imported bearings, the load imposed on the imported bearings, Nature, size, and direction are changeable. In general, the rated base load is shown on the size chart. However, the axial load and radial load, etc., also load capacity and withstand large vibration and shock loads.
2, speed.
Permissible speed is determined according to the type of bearing, size, precision, type of cage, load, lubrication method, and cooling method. The table of imported bearings lists the allowable speed of standard precision imported bearings under oil lubrication and grease lubrication. In general, deep groove ball bearings, self-aligning ball bearings and cylindrical roller bearings are suitable for high-speed operation.
3, import bearing tolerances.
The dimensional accuracy and rotation accuracy of imported bearings are based on ISO and JIS standards. For machines requiring high precision and high-speed operation, it is recommended to use imported bearings with a precision rating of 5 or higher. Deep groove ball bearings, radial thrust ball bearings, or cylindrical roller bearings are suitable for machines with high running accuracy. Rigidity, when the rolling bearing and raceway contact surface of the imported bearing is pressed, elastic deformation will occur. Some machines need to minimize elastic deformation. Roller bearings have less elastic deformation than ball bearings.
In addition, in some cases, the imported bearings have to be preloaded to increase the rigidity. This procedure is usually used for deep groove ball bearings, radial thrust ball bearings and tapered roller bearing inner and outer ring offset, shaft bending, shaft or bearing bearing box tolerance changes, mismatch will lead to the eccentricity of the inner and outer rings. In order to prevent the eccentric angle from being too large, self-aligning ball bearings, self-aligning roller bearings, or self-aligning bearing seats are the better choices. With audio frequency and torque, rolling bearings are manufactured according to high-precision standards, so the buzz and torque are small. Deep groove ball bearings and cylindrical roller bearings are suitable for applications where low torsion and low torque are required.
Installation and disassembly, some applications require frequent disassembly and installation to ensure regular inspection and repair. The inner and outer rings can be installed separately imported bearings such as: cylindrical bearings, needle roller bearings, and tapered bearings are very suitable for this occasion. Cone-shaped self-aligning ball bearings and self-aligning roller bearings also simplify the installation procedure with the help of a bushing.
