1) Formulate and strictly implement the production line process specifications, operating procedures, operating standards, daily maintenance and maintenance systems, paying special attention to the quality of raw material processing.
2) Observe the change in vacuum. If the vacuum is found to decrease, replace the new mixing knife as described above to prevent the waste of production and waste of manpower and resources.
3) Strengthen daily maintenance, pay attention to the gap between the lower reamer and the seal cylinder liner, and the gap between the upper cutter and the seal cylinder liner. When the clearance is too large, increase the return flow of the mud, reduce the output, and heat the cylinder; when the upper cutter is worn, repair or replace the cutter.
4) If the speed of the extruded mud strip is slowed down, or there is a pulse phenomenon and the phenomenon of frequent blockage in the vacuum box, the wear condition of the double-line stirring blade and the wear of the sludge part should be checked and repaired in time.
5) The stop and start sequence should be strictly implemented in accordance with the operating procedures, operating standards and instructions in the instruction manual to prevent the occurrence of blockage.
6) If it is necessary to repair and replace parts during production, the motor must be turned off to prevent misuse and care, resulting in equipment and personal accidents.
7) Always check for looseness of the cutter screw, the trowel bolt, the fixed platen bolt, the pressure plate bolt, etc., and tighten it to prevent equipment failure due to parts falling off.
8) The installation position of the vacuum pump is generally not more than 5m from the vacuum extruded brick, and the center line of the vacuum pump and the center line of the vacuum extruder are on the same level. The intake line should avoid excessive bending angle and cause large exhaust resistance. .
9) When installing the machine head, machine mouth and core tool, it should be aligned with the center line of the screw reamer shaft to make the mud flow uniform, otherwise it will cause defects such as rotten corners and bending of the billet.
10) Production must control uniform feeding. The mud strip of the extruder is extruded. If the feeding is uneven or the extruder is unproductive, no mud strips will be extruded. Not only that, the squeezed mud sticks in the mud tank together with the spiral reamer to generate heat, which will cause serious heat generation of the mud tank and cracking of the mud strip.
