The Ministry of Environmental Protection's Electrolytic Aluminum PFC Emission Reduction Conference was held at Zhengzhou Research Institute

Recently, the Ministry of Environmental Protection held a meeting on electrolytic aluminum PFC emission reduction in Zhengzhou Research Institute. The Ministry of Environmental Protection's Climate Change Working Group, China Nonferrous Metals Industry Association, Henan Nonferrous Metals Industry Association, Central South University, Zhongfu Industrial and other units sent representatives to participate in the meeting. At the meeting, Yang Jianhong, vice president of Zhengzhou Research Institute, made a report on " Aluminum Chemical PFC Emission Reduction Technology". During the meeting, the participating experts held a heated discussion on the PFC emission reduction situation, urgency, and emission reduction mechanism in China, and put forward suggestions for conducting PFC public welfare verification, applying for financial assistance from developed countries, and promoting the application of mature PFC emission reduction technologies. The meeting will provide data support for PFC emissions from the Chinese government's participation in the Durban Climate Change Conference.
