Europe refused to give me melamine business market treatment

On August 16th, the European Commission entrusted the Business Office of the Mission to the European Union to disclose the EU's ruling on the market economic treatment of the anti-dumping case of Melamine. According to the European side, the four sampled companies have submitted applications for market economy treatment to the European Commission. However, after on-the-spot verification, the European Commission believes that China's melamine industry as a whole has been severely intervened by the state in terms of production inputs and pricing of major raw materials, and has failed to fully meet the five standards set by European law, so it cannot afford any Chinese enterprises market economy treatment. This decision will directly affect the anti-dumping tax rate of the enterprises involved in the case. On February 17, 2010, Europe launched an anti-dumping investigation against China’s loss of melamine in Europe, affecting my export to Europe by about 18 million U.S. dollars.
