3 blank preparation

The preparation process in front of the machining center on the workpiece is completed by other equipment. For example, the rough machining of the G and H sides on the part of Figure 1 is performed on a common machine tool, so that the thermal deformation caused by the large amount of machining is reduced; It is to provide the necessary positioning benchmark for the machining center; the third is to improve the processing efficiency. After the two sides are finished, the workpiece is laid flat on the bench with the G surface as the reference (the same as the machining center). The fitter draws the B and C surface finishing lines and the boxes K and H according to Figure 1. ) The center reference line of each face is used for machining center calibration.

4 Process 1 fixture design and use and processing process

4.1 Process and fixture structure and use

According to the foregoing, the processing steps of the process 1 mainly include B, C face finish milling, and 6-φ18 hole (F) drilling on the C surface. In order to improve the processing quality and efficiency, a special fixture (Fig. 2) is designed for the processing characteristics of the process. The clamp consists of a pressure plate 1 elastic positioning pin 2, a positioning pin 3, an elastic positioning pin 4 adjusting bolt 5 and a bottom plate 6. In use, the D surface of the workpiece is placed on the plane formed by four height-adjustable positioning pins 3. The two elastic positioning pins 2, 4 on the fixture cooperate with the D and E holes on the workpiece to form a typical side. The pin positioning, the positioning pins 2, 4 are designed to be elastic, because the workpiece reference hole is a wool reference, and the casting aperture is irregular. Since the positioning pin has elasticity, even if the aperture is changed, the surface of the workpiece G can still be flat. The locating pins are formed on a plane so that the workpiece can be quickly positioned initially. The fixture is a combination of holes and clamps, which can be assembled and adjusted quickly, and has high positioning accuracy, firmness and reliability, and is suitable for production of small batches and varieties.
