Cathodic working current density during pre-galvanizing: 0.5 to 1.5 A/dm2, both anode area and cathode area = 2:1 when pre-galvanizing and electroplating copper. When electroplating copper, single-phase full-wave DC rectification is used for plating, and the working current density of the cathode during full-wave DC copper plating is 0.5 to 1.5 A/dm2. The coating is smooth, bright and has good bonding. The electroplated magnesium alloy products are mainly used for parts of high-speed moving objects and parts that need to be transported and portable electronic products, such as automobiles, motorcycles, and notebook computers.
