Properties:

White powder(granule). Be soluble in alcohol, benzene, chloromethane, insoluble in water. Storage is stable.

 

Application:

A safe-processing secondary accelerator. Can be used as primary in latex. High resistance to hydrolysis. Low solubility in rubbers. Fast at higher vulcanization temperatures. It has longest anti-scor ching capability in the dithiocarbamates. Recognized to have low nitrosamine potential. Used in sheeting, extrusions, latex, NR, IIR, SBR and EPDM.

Storage:

Keep container tightly closed in a cool, well-ventilated place. The recommended max storage life is 2 years when stored under normal conditions.
