Deputy Director of the Department of Health introduced the relevant policy guidelines for China's equipment manufacturing industry. For the machine tool industry, Deputy Director Shi said: Although the machine tool industry is small in scale, its importance and basic role are no less than any other important areas, and it is pointed out that the development of the machine tool industry has entered a new important stage.
Deputy Director Guo Guochun put forward five suggestions for the next development of China's machine tool industry: First, we must strengthen the innovation-driven strategy; second, we must focus on two foundations, namely, the manufacturing base and the talent base; third, we must focus on completing the 04 special project, thirteen For the work of the fifth-class key projects, it is recommended that everyone concentrate their efforts, attach great importance to and pay attention to relevant projects, and ensure the smooth implementation of major projects. The second item is the speech of the chief engineer of the National Defense Science and Technology Industry Bureau Long Hongshan.
Long’s chief engineer first briefly introduced the relevant situation of the China Machine Tool Industry Association and the China Peaceful Use of Military Industry Association for many years of long-term cooperation between domestic and international machine tool and military industry. It is said that this mechanism is conducive to the better development of the two industries. The two associations have been actively working here and have achieved good results.
Long's chief engineer suggested that the machine tool industry should seize the main line of national defense science and technology industry development, closely grasp the deep integration of military and civilians and innovation drive, and ensure the safety and control of high-end national defense manufacturing equipment.
Finally, Longhongshan hopes that the two associations will better carry out relevant cooperation and promote the sustainable and healthy development of the national defense science and technology industry and the machine tool industry.
The third agenda of the meeting was to invite Vice Minister Chen Changsheng of the Macroeconomics Department of the Development Research Center of the State Council to make a report on the macroeconomic situation.
Vice Minister Chen Changsheng first analyzed the economic development of China in 2016, emphasizing that in the current economic transition period, it will no longer pursue high-speed growth, but it should be steadily declining to avoid a short-term sharp decline.
There is always a need to maintain expansion, supply-side structural reforms, short-term positive changes in international environmental factors, and trending factors in economic development that lead to a narrowing of the downside.
For the overall judgment of the economy in 2016, Chen Changsheng pointed out that since the beginning of this year, China's economic operation has been generally stable, structural adjustment has made positive progress, overall price increases have been moderate, and corporate profits have improved. For the favorable factors of industrial development, Mao Yufeng has combed from the following three aspects: national economic and industrial policies, new changes in the international market, and positive factors in the domestic market.
For the outstanding problems of industrial development, Mao Yufeng summarized the following aspects: market demand is sluggish; operating quality is declining, debt risk is high; bottlenecks and development shortcomings to be concerned; and current corporate focus.
Finally, for the future response and prospects, Mao Yufeng introduced the initiative and transformation and upgrading measures of different levels of industry enterprises, indicating that the association will also take the initiative to provide better services for the government and industry enterprises.
