2, zero drift: electronic scales after each use is not good, resulting in drift. Is it affected by external influences such as vibration, wind, and power interference? The board's insulation resistance dropped, dirt was present, and it was cleaned with alcohol. The amplifier's anti-interference ability drops and self-excitation occurs. The zero detector is faulty, and the insulation resistance of the integral capacitor is degraded and deteriorated, resulting in increased loss. 3. Exclusion of clever interference: In the industrial production process, due to a large number of electrical equipment, sometimes there are a lot of electricity, magnetism, interference and static electricity interference in the environment where the electronic platform scale is located, so that the electronic scale display value is in an unstable state. Weighing speeds reduce work efficiency. For this reason, we examine the filter and find that the filter is damaged. After the replacement, a dedicated voltage regulator power supply for the weighing instrument is added to the location where the environment is disturbed, and the power cable is shielded and effectively grounded. After the treatment, the effect is good.

4, power-up whistle: CPU computer is not working properly, check the DC power supply voltage is normal, replace a good CPU to try it out, there is an external program, you should also check the program, and check the CPU and EPROM interface circuit.

5, after the boot flashes, do not show zero: whether the load on the scale, the sensor plug contact is good, the sensor is broken phenomenon, some sensors after use for some time, the resistance of the resistance strain gauge changes to cause the initial value to change, Adjust the initial value.
