Third, lightweight

Polysialon lightweight PP material has high continuous length glass fiber reinforced PP material and modified PP material suitable for micro foaming requirements. Long glass fiber reinforced materials have good dimensional stability, excellent overall mechanical properties, small creep and excellent fatigue resistance. The micro-foamed PP material refers to a closed microporous layer with a size of from ten to several tens of micrometers in the middle layer of the product under the action of gas internal pressure by a polypropylene material as a matrix, and a dense skin structure on both sides; Thereby achieving the purpose of saving materials and reducing weight. Since the micro-foamed material uses a lower stress, the injection molding is smoother, more straight, and the size is more stable. At the same time, due to the support of the micro-holes, the shrinkage of the parts can be effectively solved.

Five, functionalization

Polysialon functional materials are easy to apply modified PP. The easy-to-coat modified PP material is directly modified by blending, and introduces a polar functional group to form a co-crystal with the polypropylene resin, avoiding precipitation, and avoiding the formation of a weak interface layer, thereby improving the surface tension as a whole.
