Bio 3D printing technology can always make people clap their hands, whether it is a 3D printed cerebral cortex tissue that can survive for dozens of days, or a 3D printed ovary transplanted into a mouse, it is often unbelievable. Recently, researchers at the University of Wollongong in Australia have developed a bio 3D printing pen, which is simply a 3Doodler in the biological world.
This pen is called BioPen. The magic of this pen is that doctors can use the pen to “paint†the cells on the damaged bone or cartilage tissue of the patient during the operation.
How is this all done? It is understood that BioPen contains bio-ink containing stem cells, which are wrapped in biopolymers, such as alginate (a seaweed extract), which is protected by a layer of hydrogel. These inks can be squeezed directly onto the bone and then solidified by the UV lamp of the pen body. These stem cells then multiply in the human body and are separated from the nerves, muscles and bone cells to form the tissue.
To some extent, this study has a transformative effect on the repair of cartilage tissue surgery. After cartilage tissue damage, it is often difficult to determine what shape of artificial cartilage to implant, but now only need to use BioPen to damage the site. When filled, the cartilage tissue can be restored by itself.
In addition, the solution can be further developed into a customized model, plus specific drugs to promote recovery and regrowth speed. It is understood that the current BioPen prototype is printed with medical grade plastic and titanium 3D, which is light in weight and convenient for disinfection.
Cell viability extruded from the 3D printing pen BioPen has been over 97% so far, and a full-scale research report will be published in the Biofabrication academic journal.

In the traditional vibration detection method, after being vibrated, the spring ball vibrates at a reduced amplitude for a long time, and this vibration is easy to be detected by the detection circuit. The vibration output switch signal is determined by the output impedance and the resistance value of the matching output. According to the input impedance of the detection circuit, it can be made into a high-impedance output mode.
3. Micro Vibration Sensor
The mechanical vibration sensor is miniaturized, the vibration body is carbonized and sealed, and its working performance is more reliable. The output switching signal is directly connected with the TTL circuit and or the input circuit of the single-chip microcomputer, and the circuit structure is simple. The output impedance is high, and the quiescent working current is small.

2. It has a wider response frequency range of 4Hz-2000Hz than the magnetoelectric speed sensor, and the mechanical moving parts are not easy to damage
