1. Routine maintenance Check the hydraulic oil level and keep it above the oil level meter 3/4. Otherwise, the same brand of clean hydraulic oil should be added. It is recommended to use a 20ude filtration device to clean the hydraulic oil.
Check the oil quality: Stop and after 30 minutes, use a clean measuring cup to take 0.5L of oil. If the oil is highly contaminated or emulsified, or if it is left to stand for a few hours, there will be sedimentation at the bottom and the oil should be changed immediately.

(2) Check the oil level of the lubricant every 8 hours while the sprayer is working. It is recommended to use the 00# non-extreme pressure type semi-fluid lithium grease. When pumping, connect the water tank, the S-tube bearing housing, and the stirring end. There should be oil spillage at the seat;
(3) The sprayer should adjust the gap between the eyeglass plate and the cutting ring after pumping 3000 squares. If it is seriously worn, it must be replaced immediately. Inspection of concrete should be well sealed and no mortar penetrates into the tank;
(4) After spraying the slurry truck for 500 hours, it is necessary to check the position of the S-tube and S-tube bearing wear, and replace the sleeve and sleeve when necessary;
(5) Inspect the suction gauge vacuum gauge indication of the spray gun. If the position of the vacuum gauge pointer reaches the red area (ie more than 0.04Mpa), the filter element must be replaced;
