Precautions:

2) The inspection priorities for lining steel or reinforcements are as follows:
• section size, wall thickness, length, shape, structure, distribution;
• Perfect seam/weld seam, no gaps, holes;
• Anti-corrosion and anti-rust treatment meet the design requirements;
3) Sampling of lining steel or reinforcements:
• In-plant processing and concealment (1) In-house sampling inspection verification;
(2) Sampling verification of incoming aluminum windows can be performed.
• On-site processing and concealment (1) Quality controls and self-tests should be clearly defined prior to commencement of processing;
(2) The supervisor shall go to the processing field regularly or irregularly to carry out batch inspections.
