1 Temporarily strengthen cleaning. Installing a differential pressure detection and alarm device on the dust collector makes it easy to monitor its operating resistance. It was found that the running resistance of the pulse bag filter was higher than the control range, and the cause should be eliminated from the following aspects:

(1) The cleaning time is short and the cleaning cycle is too long. The dust on the filter bag cannot be cleaned, and the dust collector is switched to the filtering state, which will increase the running resistance quickly. For pulse bag filter maintenance, the time used in the cleaning process (that is, the pulse valve injection time) is the cleaning time and can be adjusted within the range of 0.05~0.5s. The interval between two cleaning intervals is the cleaning cycle, which is generally 0~30 minutes. Adjust the cleaning system of pulse bag filter, properly lengthen the cleaning time, increase the amount of compressed air injected into the filter bag and the amount of inducing gas; at the same time, shorten the cleaning cycle and even use a continuous cleaning method, which can make the filter bag clearer. To be thorough and effectively reduce operational resistance.

(2) When the pulse bag filter is used to maintain high-temperature, high-humidity gas, if the gas temperature is lower than the dew point during operation, the water vapor will condense and dew, so that the filter bag is damp, a large amount of dust adheres to the surface of the filter bag, and the filter plugs The pores of the bag, and the compressed air injected, cannot be removed, resulting in a bag of filter bags. The dust removal function of the dust bag produced by the paste bag is invalid, the resistance is too large, and the operating condition is deteriorated. To prevent the baghouse from condensing the bag, it is necessary to keep the processing gas temperature 25 to 35°C above its dew point. When the dust collector is used to process high-temperature and high-humidity gases, a temperature detection and alarm device shall be installed at the entrance to monitor it, and thermal insulation material such as rock wool shall be installed outside the casing for heat preservation. Before the dust removal system stops running, the wet gas in the dust collector must be completely discharged and replaced with dry air to prevent condensation. That is, after the production equipment stops operating, the dust removal fan must be extended for a period of time before stopping.

Second, the bag filter maintenance differential pressure between the inlet and outlet: should be controlled between 800-2000Pa.

Third, the poppet valve has been stopped and analyzed

Fourth, the dust filter maintenance bag damage causes First, the nozzle of the back blowing system is not correct, resulting in blowback deflection; the other is the back pressure of compressed air is too large. solution:

1) The transformation of the injection system is carried out. The cost of the transformation is high and the cycle is long and cannot be completed within the normal maintenance period.

2) The back-blow compressed air pressure is controlled between 0.25~0.35MPa, and the ash on the bag can be removed. If the pressure is too high, the service life of the bag is affected. It can be adjusted by observing the change of the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the precipitator so that the pressure difference is within the control requirements (design pressure difference 1700Pa).

3) Adjust the injection program and adjust the injection pulse width from 150ms to 250ms to reduce the injection intensity and reduce the wear of the bag. Due to the fact that the bag cannot be replaced under normal conditions, the bag will not only cause accumulation of material in the bag, and will not be used normally. At the same time, it will cause excessive dust emission and environmental pollution. In addition, the spare parts cost of the bag is also high. This process not only saves costs, maintains the normal operation of the equipment, prolongs the service life of the bag, but also protects the environment.

5. The dust collection effect is poor, the concentration of discharged dust is excessive, the export is dusted, and the dust emission is large. The reasons can be found from the following aspects:

(1) The newly installed clean filter bag has a large porosity, and has a high dust passing rate when it is first used, and has not reached the optimum state of filtration, and the amount of dust discharged is large. With the progress of filtration, the dust deposits on the outer surface of the filter bag to form a dust layer, so that the pores on the outer surface of the filter bag become smaller and the dust removal efficiency increases. The dust filter can remove more than 99% of the fine dust. Therefore, it is more accurate to determine the dust collection efficiency of the pulse bag filter after one month of continuous use.

(2) Precipitator maintenance Check if the filter bag is installed correctly. A typical pulse bag duster relies on an elastic expansion ring sewn on the filter bag to insert the filter bag into the hole of the flower plate, and strictly distinguishes the middle box dust chamber from the upper box gas chamber through the flower board. If the elastic expansion ring of the filter bag mouth is not completely closed with the flower plate hole, a gap will appear, which will cause the dust-laden air flow to directly enter the net gas chamber, and the outlet of the exhaust pipe will be dusted. You can check the installation status of the dust filter bag one by one and find that the gap should be tightly sealed. During the installation of the pulse bag filter, the installation quality of the filter bag is one of the focuses of supervision and inspection. The installation of the filter bag was improved by the ironworks: a single ferrule was welded over each plate hole, and the ferrule height was 30mm, concentric with the platen hole, and the single-layered elastic swell that would be sewn to the filter bag mouth. The installation of the inner wall of the ring close to the ring not only ensures that the filter bag is highly flat and sealed, but also makes the installation and disassembly of the filter bag simpler.

(3) Damage to the filter bag will result in the direct discharge of the dust-laden air stream and dust removal at the outlet of the exhaust pipe after the dust collector is repaired. For large-scale pulse bag dust collectors for off-line cleaning, the following method can be used to determine the position of the broken bag: Clean the dust one by one in a manual operation, close the outlet valve of one chamber at a time, and observe the exhaust outlet. When the baghouse with the broken bag stops filtering, the outlet of the exhaust pipe is no longer exposed to ash. According to this, it can be determined which bag has broken bag. If only a single filter bag breaks, sealing the plate hole with an iron lid ensures that the emitted dust concentration reaches the target. When it is necessary to replace the filter bag, it is recommended that all the dust bag of the same dust collector be replaced at the same time to ensure that each filter bag has the same resistance. If only a few filter bags can be replaced, the bag mouth of the new filter bag must be closed and buried in dust ash for several days to increase the resistance of the new filter bag so that the resistance of the new filter bag is close to that of the old filter bag.

(4) For dust collectors where the air intake duct and the air outlet duct are separated by a partition only, check that the intermediate partition is welded tightly. If welds or gaps occur in the middle partitions, high concentrations of dust in the air entering the air can enter the air outlet passages, causing the outlet of the exhaust pipes to become ash. To ensure the welding quality of the intermediate baffle and completely separate the air intake passage and the air outlet passage, it is another focus of the quality inspection of the precipitator.

Sixth, the appearance of paste bag phenomenon, the pulse bag filter operating resistance, large resistance is an important performance indicator for the maintenance of the dust collector. A high-performance and well-functioning pulse bag filter not only has high dust removal efficiency, but also has a running resistance below 1500Pa. If the pulse bag dust collector can not effectively remove the dust adhered to the filter bag when it is cleaned, dust will gradually accumulate on the outer surface of the filter bag and the paste bag will not only make the filter bag easily damaged, but also make the dust filter's running resistance increase. The operating load of the dust removal fan is increased, resulting in increased operating costs. The performance test of the dust collector used by Liuzhou Steel Co. found that the operation resistance of some pulse bag dust collectors exceeds 1500Pa, and the operation resistance of some dust collectors is even as high as 3000Pa, and the operation state is not good.
