After the joint project, Xilinmen will pay a part of the product cooperation development fee to Hetai, and the company will bear the cost and expense of the cooperation and development of another part of the product. The two parties will jointly test and verify the product. After the product development and finalization, the two parties cooperate in production and manufacturing according to their respective advantages and characteristics.
Hetai will be the sole cloud service provider of the smart bedroom system, providing online product monitoring services for Xilinmen and its users, as well as follow-up special value-added services based on network platforms and big data and cloud computing technologies. The two companies will be committed to research and development of core technologies and key technologies that are ahead of the domestic and international industry in the corresponding fields, and create a new generation of scientific sleep products with leading advantages in the industry.
