How to prepare for the flood disaster

Every year, there are many floods in China . The China Rescue Equipment Network reminds you to prepare as much as possible before the flood.

1. The valuables that are not portable are buried in the ground after the waterproof banding or placed high. Tickets, jewelry, and other valuables can be sewn into the clothes.

2. According to the flood information provided by local television, radio and other media, combined with their own location and conditions, calmly choose the best route to withdraw, to avoid the passive situation of “people do not go first”.

3. Prepare enough fast food and daily necessities by stocking fast-food or cooking enough food for a few days.

4. Recognize the road signs, clarify the route and destination of the evacuation, and avoid making mistakes because of panic.

5. Save the communication equipment that can still be used.

6. Build wooden rafts and bamboo rafts to collect materials suitable for floating, such as tubs, wood, and large pieces of foamed plastic, and process them into lifesaving devices to prepare for urgent needs.
