The growth of resources of 14 major minerals nationwide this year

According to the latest statistics from the Ministry of Land and Resources, as of now, there are 1,872 copies of the national mineral resources reserve review report, and the coal, iron ore, gold, copper, lead, and zinc mines reviewed by the provincial and ministerial departments of land and resources. There are 15 major minerals such as molybdenum ore, manganese ore, bauxite, phosphate rock, tungsten ore, silver ore, tin ore, antimony ore and nickel ore. Except for nickel ore, the resources of the remaining 14 minerals have increased. This data comes from the Ministry of Land and Resources's mineral resources reserve review and record network direct reporting system and the Ministry of Land and Resources's review and filing report reserves data.

According to preliminary statistics, among the 14 minerals, the newly-exploited coal resources were 20.75 billion tons, iron 945 million tons, gold 298.4 tons, copper 100.97 million tons, lead 1,262,900 tons, zinc 2,118,200 tons, and molybdenum 687,700. Tons, manganese 62.073 million tons, bauxite 31,116,600 tons.

According to statistics, in the 1872 mineral resources reserve review report, 1716 were mainly reviewed and filed by provincial land and resources authorities, accounting for 92% of the total; and 156 copies were filed by the Ministry, accounting for 8%. Among the minerals reviewed and filed, coal ranked first in the review with 624 reports. Other minerals with more records for review are iron, gold, copper and lead ore.

According to statistics, 73% of the surveys and records of the surveyed records have reached the level of detailed investigation, accounting for 17% of the census, and others account for 10%.
