Fourth, PVC-U drain pipe connection steps
1. Pipe socket connection should be strictly in accordance with the following procedures:
1 Wipe the pipe socket and pipe fitting before cleaning.
2 Measure the depth of the socket at the pipe port.
3 Apply the adhesive, first coat the mouth and then apply the socket. The coating is even and proper.
4 Align the direction, insert it into the line at a time, and rotate it 1/4 turn.
5 Wipe off the adhesive remaining in the socket.
6 Place the bonded pipe until the interface is cured.
2. The safe use of adhesives should comply with the following regulations:
1 Adhesives and detergents should be used as they are, and non-operators should not use them.
2 There should be no open flame at the bonding point and ventilation should be good.
3 It is not suitable for construction below -10 °C, and the bonding points shall not be baked with fire.
4 Construction personnel should be equipped with gloves. When the adhesive enters the eye, immediately rinse it with plenty of water and send it to hospital for treatment.
Five, PVC-U drain pipe installation method

2. The length of the saw tube is determined layer by layer according to the actual measurement and combined with the size of each connecting pipe. Tools such as fine-tooth saws, cutters and pipe cutters should be used for sawing tools. The fracture shall be flat and there shall be no deformation at the section. The part of the socket to be bonded can be folded into a 15o~30o groove by the medium plate. The length of the groove is generally not less than 3 mm, and the thickness of the groove is preferably 1/3 to 1/2 of the thickness of the pipe wall. After the groove is completed, the debris should be removed.
