Floor heating requirements


1. Be sure to find a construction team with floor heating expertise. "Three-point floor, seven-point installation", the effect of amateur decoration team spread out is self-evident.


2. The sealing of the floor heating system must be checked before paving.


3. The ground must be dry (can be judged by experimental phenomena). The moisture content of the cement floor should be less than 1.5%. The indoor humidity should not be too large. Regardless of whether there is geothermal heating or not, the ambient humidity is preferably around 60 degrees before and after installation.


4. It is forbidden to nail the ground during construction. After construction, the ground is also prohibited from nailing to prevent damage to the heating coil.


5. Before laying laminate flooring, EPE composite membrane (EPE composite membrane must be marked with special words for floor heating) should be laid to isolate moisture, so that moisture can be released from the skirting board around.


6. The keel should not be laid. The small thermal conductivity of air will affect the cooling effect and may damage the pipe.


7. When the floor is laid, special glue for floor heating must be used to increase the time and effect of use. Moreover, the glue basically does not have to worry about the emission of harmful gases.


8. Leave expansion joints between the floor and the wall, and use a skirting board that is thicker than the current general floor.


9. Paving the ground and installing the skirting board must be performed in two separate steps. 48 hours after laying the floor, the glue is completely dry, and the skirting board is removed after removing the fastener.


10. The floor can be warmed after 24 hours of installation.


Floor heating acceptance considerations


(I) The low-temperature radiant heating system should undergo intermediate acceptance and acceptance.


(II) In the middle acceptance of the floor heating, pressure testing shall be completed after the laying of the insulating layer and the installation of the heat-pipe-distribution device for the heating pipe. The construction unit will work with the relevant parties.


(3) The inspection and acceptance of the floor heating shall be organized by the competent authority to organize the construction, supervision, construction and related units to jointly conduct the inspection. Completion acceptance shall include inspections of construction drawings and design changes, inspection reports of major materials, products and parts, factory inspection certificates, hidden inspection records, intermediate inspection records, pressure records, and engineering quality inspection records.


(D) Floor heating pressure experimental steps:


1 Before the hydraulic pressure test, safe and effective fixing and protection measures shall be taken for the pressure test pipelines and components. The water pressure test pressure shall be 1.5 times the working pressure, and the minimum shall not be lower than 0.6Mpa.


2 During the hydrostatic test, water was slowly injected into the water separator and the air inside the pipe was discharged. After being filled with water, check for watertightness.


3 Use water to slowly increase the pressure. The boost time should not be less than 5 minutes. After boosting to the working pressure, it is regulated for 5 minutes to observe whether there is any water leakage and the pressure is up to the specified test pressure. The pressure drop within 10 minutes does not exceed 0.03 MPa. qualified.


4 During winter hydrostatic tests, feasible antifreeze measures should be taken.


(five) heating pressure test steps:


1 Before the atmospheric pressure test, safe and effective fixing and protective measures should be taken for the pressure test pipelines and components. The gas pressure test pressure should be 1.5 times the working pressure, and the lowest pressure should not be lower than 0.6Mpa.


2 Using an air compressor, pressurize the water separator gradually to check the airtightness.


3 When the pressure is raised to the working pressure, the voltage is regulated for 5 minutes. If there is no leakage, the pressure can be continuously increased to the experimental pressure. The pressure drop within 5 minutes does not exceed 0.05 Mpa.


(6) The acceptance and completion acceptance of floor heating shall comply with the design requirements and the provisions of this technical requirement, and there shall be no leakage of pipes and components. The valve is flexible and can only be opened and closed by acceptance.


(7) The ground warm acceptance and completion acceptance shall be recorded, signed and archived.
