3. Process test and mass production
(1) Blank annealing In order to reduce the deformation resistance of the blank and improve the plasticity of the metal material, it is necessary to appropriately anneal the blank before forming to improve the internal structure of the metal blank. If the annealing process is improperly selected, the hardness of the blank will be different, resulting in a sudden increase in pressure or increased wear of the mold, which directly affects the service life of the equipment and the mold and the surface roughness of the product. After repeated process tests and production verification, the annealing treatment specification of the deceleration shaft is as follows: The furnace is heated to 860 ° C, kept for 14 h, and then cooled to 300 ° C with the furnace, and air-cooled. At this time, the hardness of the annealed blank is controlled to be 120 to 130 HBS, which makes it easy to plastically form the deceleration shaft.
(2) Blank preparation The blank blank size is determined according to the size and shape of the product parts and the metal volume constant principle. The blank is made into a blank similar in shape to the finished product by a series of machining methods such as positive extrusion, upsetting and reduced diameter extrusion. The shape of the blank is shown in Figure 3.

(3) Lubrication of the blank surface of the blank lubrication process is an important process of plastic forming. The surface lubrication of the blank has a great influence on the surface quality of the formed part and the life of the mold. Therefore, we use a phosphorus saponification treatment method. After the degreasing treatment, the billet is repeatedly washed with water, then phosphatized and saponified, and the surface of the billet after the lubrication treatment is uniformly covered with a grayish white lubricating film. When the metal is plastically deformed, the frictional resistance can be greatly reduced, the life of the mold can be improved, the surface roughness value of the formed part can be reduced, and the use requirements of the plastic net forming process can be satisfied.
(4) During the process test and mass production process test, the mold should be carefully assembled to ensure the dimensional accuracy of the formed part. After repeated process tests and timely improvement of process parameters, the various indicators of the deceleration shaft that have been precision formed have met the requirements. After the user detects, processes, installs and runs, etc., we believe that the deceleration shaft we provide is of good quality, high precision and superior performance, and fully meets the requirements for use. After production inspection, it has been mass-produced to meet market demand.
