Global alumina and other companies have made significant progress in the negotiations on the formation of joint ventures

London reported on February 7th that it has met with senior officials from Global Alumina Corporation, BHP Billiton Ltd., Dubai Aluminium Company and Mubadala Development Company. Since then, significant progress has been made in the negotiations on the formation of a joint venture company and it is expected that the relevant procedures will be completed on February 15.
