High-voltage electric energy measurement becomes the key to the construction of energy measurement system

Recently, the “Eleventh Five-Year” National Science and Technology Support Plan project led by the China Institute of Metrology, “Research on key technologies of high-voltage energy measurement standards and traceability” successfully passed the acceptance of experts from the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine. For the first time, the research group has established 10kV, 35kV, and 110kV high-voltage energy measurement standard devices and on-site calibration devices for the first time in the world, and took the lead in the field of electrical energy measurement field calibration practice on high-voltage power grids, making China the world’s first successful development of high-voltage energy measurement Standards and countries that have successfully mastered on-site calibration techniques for high-voltage grid energy metering.

In recent years, with the increasing importance of energy saving and emission reduction and resource conservation in various countries in the world, coupled with the reform of China's power industry system, it is proposed to establish a highly integrated sensor technology, communication technology, computer technology, measurement and control technology and traditional physical power grid technology. Smart grids make high-voltage energy metering the key and focus of building a national energy metering system.

At present, high-voltage electric energy measurement and measurement devices in various countries in the world cannot perform overall measurement verification/calibration and traceability, and there are problems such as theft of electricity cannot be monitored and measurement is inaccurate. The main reason is that it has not broken through the original traditional transformer technology, and it is difficult to develop a standard device that can simulate a standard power grid. Among them, the greatest difficulty lies in the need for original innovation to develop high-voltage, high-current standard power sources that can output high accuracy.

In order to solve the above problems, researchers from the China Academy of Metrology Sciences began research and exploration in this area in 2004. After nearly ten years of hard work and joint research in the past three years, the research group innovatively proposed the concepts of I/V, V/V technology and high-voltage “safe virtual space” and successfully developed 10kV, 35kV, 110kV/1000A. High-voltage energy metering standard equipment (with an accuracy of 0.02%) and safety virtual ground three-phase four-wire 10kV, 35kV, 110kV high-voltage energy field calibration device (with an accuracy of 0.2%), solving the problem of high-voltage energy metering equipment according to the actual power grid The indoor verification of parameters and the on-line overall verification/calibration of electrical energy measurement equipment (power metering cabinets, etc.) under high-voltage actual environmental conditions fundamentally solve the problem of high-voltage energy metering to achieve a revolutionary change in high-voltage energy metering.

According to the project leader and the director of Engineering Research Institute of China Institute of Scientific Research and Engineering, Zheng Zhijue, the research group is based on a field calibration device for high-voltage energy measurement, and also proposes a technical solution for establishing a smart metering grid. This technical solution is used as the basis for the smart metering system (AMI) in the smart grid construction. This not only solves the problem of accurate online electricity metering in China, but also enables real-time monitoring of the entire grid: real-time tracking of each kWh. The grid loss on each branch road, as well as the measurement error of each meter at the end of the grid, can be grasped at any time and at any place; any branch, any point of theft, or leakage problem can be found at any time. It is of great significance to strengthen national power grid management, save and rationally use electric energy, and ensure the safety of China's power grids.

The selective coating on the inner cover of the Vacuum Tubes converts solar energy and transfers heat to the heat pipes by aluminum fins. Heat is transferred by liquid to the water tank and heat the water efficiently. In addition, heat pipe vacuum tubes is highly freezing resistance, which ensures higher efficiency in cold areas.

 

Pressurized water tank ensures high comfort when customer uses hot water, the water flow and water pressure is much higher than compact non-pressurized solar water heater.
