The hot particles raise the temperature of the air, allowing the air to carry more water. For example, air at 38.9C and 100% relative humidity contains 0.064 kilograms of water vapor per 0.4 kilograms of air; at 50C and 100% relative humidity, 0.12 kilograms of water vapor per 0.4 kilograms of air, such that the relative humidity is 100% When the air humidity rises from 38.9C to 50C, there is a potential to increase 0.056 kg of water vapor per 0.4 kg of air.
2. Condition of quenching and tempering (the semi-finished product may change greatly during the granulation process)
First of all, the quality of the steam should be guaranteed. The steam must be dry saturated steam when entering the conditioner, and should not carry condensed water. In order to ensure better steam quality, it should be noted that the steam pipeline should not be too long, the shorter the better; the steam pipeline should be insulated, not too much; the pipelines such as vertical pipelines and expansion rings should be loaded with steam. - Water separator; steam pressure not less than 8 kg. After the steam quality is guaranteed, the quenching and tempering time of the semi-finished product should be between 15 seconds and 30 seconds. During the quenching and tempering process, the feed moisture increases by 1% for every 100C-110C increase in temperature. Just after exiting the granulator, the moisture of the uncooled feed should be considered normal between 14.8% and 17.5%. (dry powder temperature = 25 degrees, moisture = 13.5%, the critical moisture point when the granulation blocker is 17.5%, what is the maximum temperature after the modulation) and then the cooling of the pellet feed. It is known from practice that the cooling effect of the pellet feed is ensured, and the granulation heat can be fully utilized to evaporate the water, and the time required for cooling is 6 minutes to 8 minutes. The amount of air required for a counterflow cooler is the smallest of the various coolers.
Then the capacity of the cooler is mainly determined by the productivity of the cooled pellets and the cooling time required, and the productivity of the pellets is determined by the output of the granulator associated with it, and this yield is followed by the pellets. The change in diameter varies, generally the larger the particle diameter, the higher the yield and the longer the cooling time is required. (4.5, 3.0, 2.0 ring mold production feed when the cooler low level device should be adjusted accordingly).
3. Raw material moisture
In the compound feed, corn accounts for a large proportion, which means that the moisture of the corn can affect the moisture of the semi-finished product of the pellet feed (ie, the feed after the ingredients are mixed). We can calculate the reasonable moisture of corn through formula theory. It is generally believed that the moisture of the semi-finished product should be about 12.5%, so the moisture of the corn should be around 13.5%. In the south of China, if the moisture content of semi-finished feed exceeds 13.0%, it is considered to be a dangerous section of water. Because in the process of granulation, it is very likely to leave about 5%-1.5% of tempered moisture. But what should be noted here is that when the corn is crushed, the moisture is lost. Therefore, when measuring corn moisture, it must be sampled at the slag storage bin.
